The White Feathers Ministry exists to point people to the truth of God’s presence, the saving grace of Jesus Christ, and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit. This ministry was born from a true story of grief, prayer, loss, healing, and the unexpected white feathers that began appearing during some of the hardest moments of our lives. But the feather was never the message. The feather was never the Savior. The feather was simply a reminder that God had not forgotten us. The message is Jesus Christ.

At the heart of this ministry is a simple truth: God is not distant from the hurting, the grieving, the searching, or the brokenhearted. He sees us, hears us, comforts us, and calls us back to Himself. Through books, testimony, outdoor stories, devotionals, speaking, and ministry outreach, our desire is to help people recognize that God is closer than they may realize and that true hope is found in Jesus Christ alone.

For our family, white feathers became a deeply personal part of our testimony. They appeared in moments of grief, prayer, comfort, and spiritual awakening, during a season when we were searching for assurance that God was still near. Over time, those feathers became reminders of His presence, compassion, and faithfulness. But we do not place our faith in feathers. A feather may catch the eye, comfort the heart, or cause someone to pause and look upward, but only Jesus saves. The feather matters only if it points us to Him.

The foundation of The White Feathers Ministry is the Word of God. We believe the Bible is true, Jesus Christ is the Son of God, salvation comes by grace through faith in Him, and the Holy Spirit is still active in the lives of believers today. The gospel is the center of everything we do: God loves us, sin separates us from Him, Jesus Christ came, died on the cross, and rose again so that we could be forgiven, redeemed, and restored. Through Him, we have eternal life, peace with God, and hope that cannot be taken away by the storms of this world.

The White Feathers Ministry exists for people walking through storms they never expected: grief, loss, illness, fear, broken relationships, unanswered prayers, and quiet pain others may never see. We want the grieving person to know God has not abandoned them, the searching person to know Jesus is real, the weary believer to be encouraged, and the person who has drifted from faith to know it is not too late to come home.

Much of our ministry is connected to the outdoors because so much of our own story has unfolded there — in the mountains, on rivers, in the woods, and in quiet places where the noise of life fades and the heart becomes still enough to listen. We believe creation bears witness to the Creator. The beauty of the outdoors does not replace God, but it often reminds us of Him. Our outdoor books and stories are not meant to glorify nature above God, but to show how God can use creation to teach, humble, comfort, and awaken us to His presence.

Through Christian books, true testimony, Scripture-based devotionals, outdoor stories, speaking, ministry outreach, and faith-based products that help support the work, The White Feathers Ministry carries one clear purpose: to help people see that God is real, Jesus saves, and the Holy Spirit still works in the lives of ordinary people.

Our prayer is that this ministry reaches people who need hope — people who are hurting, searching, grieving, or feeling forgotten; people who love the outdoors but may not yet know the Creator; people who have seen God’s hand in their lives but do not yet understand what He may be showing them. We want every person who encounters this ministry to be reminded that Jesus is still calling, still healing, still forgiving, still restoring, and still present in the storm.

The feather is not the message. Jesus is the message. The feather simply points us back to Him.
